“Hello everyone, Arman here, or some of you may know me as Rosy Bones/exmaxhina. I wanted to just drop a little note here to share a bit of what I do. I began avidly producing music around 2013 which has allowed me to experience a plethora of music since. My roots vary but I’ve been able to enjoy creating music in all genres. In 2021 I had a wild feeling that urged me to delve into the world of lofi. I already listened to it almost 24/7, so I knew I wanted to take a different turn in this little growing bubble. I began distant ether to ultimately self-release my own music since the sound really had no home or place in this current generation of low-fidelity beats. I plan on documenting this unique journey of curating a new and unique sound as the years go on and the sound evolves. Taking the first step was on me. With every release, the “dark lofi glitch” and the sound of distant ether will grow. creating the soundtrack to my life was the only goal, so If the ripple creates a wave, be surf-ready! <3 ”
